FLAMEPrivacy Policy
FLAME: Couples Truth or Dare is an offline game by Classhai / VikasBuilds. This policy explains the app and this support website.
What stays in the app
The app stores player names, language preference, custom prompts and saved-card selections in local app storage. The active game and recap are held in memory and are not restored after the app is closed by the operating system.
Collection and tracking
We do not operate a server that receives gameplay data. The app has no sign-in, advertising, analytics or tracking SDK. Fonts, artwork, cards and the timer chime are bundled and work offline.
Sharing is your choice
Sharing creates a temporary image or text and opens your device share sheet. It may include player names and the selected prompt or recap. The recipient and app you choose handle that copy under their own terms. We cannot retrieve or delete copies you send. The share image may remain in the app cache until the cache is cleared or the operating system removes it.
Storage and device backups
Local data is protected by the operating system app sandbox; we do not add a separate encryption layer to saved prompts. Use a device lock and avoid writing sensitive personal details. The Android app requests automatic backup to be disabled. Device transfers and iOS backups may include local app data depending on the operating system and your settings. The app has no cloud-sync service.
Retention and deletion
Saved names, preferences and cards remain until you remove them or clear app storage. Custom cards and favorites can be removed individually. To erase all local app data, use Android Settings > Apps > FLAME Couples > Storage > Clear storage. On iOS, delete the app (not Offload App); manage existing device backups separately. Removing a shared file or message requires deleting that copy in its destination too.
Support and this website
If you email support, we receive the email address and information you send. Do not include private prompts or screenshots unless needed. Support correspondence is used to answer your request and retained only as needed for that purpose or legal obligations. This site is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical request information such as IP address and browser details for delivery and security. We add no advertising, analytics, tracking pixels or cookies to this site.
Adults only
FLAME is intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. Contact support if you believe a child has sent personal information to us.
