There is no FLAME account to delete and no gameplay database on our servers. You control the app data on your device.
Remove a custom card or favorite
Open Our secret prompts and delete an unwanted custom card. Removing a custom card also removes its favorite bookmark. Use the heart or the saved-card library to remove a favorite.
Erase everything on Android
Open device Settings > Apps > FLAME Couples > Storage > Clear storage (wording varies by device). This removes local names, language settings, custom cards, favorites and the app cache. It cannot be undone through FLAME.
Erase everything on iPhone or iPad
Use Settings > General > iPhone/iPad Storage > FLAME Couples > Delete App. Offload App can retain documents and data. If a device backup contains app data, manage that backup separately in system settings.
Shared copies and temporary files
A shared card or recap can contain names and prompt text. Delete copies in your gallery, messaging app or chosen cloud destination yourself. Clearing app data removes the app cache but does not retract already shared content.
Email requests
For deletion of support correspondence, write to classhai.ofc@gmail.com from the relevant email address. We can address information sent to us; we cannot access, recover or remotely erase local-only game data. Please do not email private prompts as proof.
